I have been using AG or AG1 for nearly a year now and I use it as a smoothy add-on with protein powder collagen, some cordyceps, or reishi mushroom powder. ice and maybe a frozen or two strawberries. I feel their too expensive I can get the same health benefits from green vibrance organic product for only $30 bucks
