Here’s the truth: if you consume 100% organic, pasture raised milk (MUST be whole milk, no added vitamin D), it’s one of the most perfect foods you can consume. A true superfood. Never get skim or any reduced fat milk. If you can, get the raw milk brand they sell at Sprouts and Jimbos. Many people who think they’re lactose intolerant may actually just be reacting to the homogenized milk. I encourage you to try this out and see how you feel. Most animal products are great for you, until they’re processed. Then, often times, not so much.

  4. For me I need a thicker texture from it for it to taste good. If it’s too watered down, even by the directions , I will just put very little water.
    I don’t even use a blender or ice.
    Just mix with a spoon with a tiny bit of water first to mix it well then slowly add water to the texture and taste you prefer.

What you are actually drinking is ENSURE the same vitamins that are in this drink are in ENSURE/boost one is milk based. You have to be active if you are not you will gain some serious weight. That shake does not fill you up and if you eat a regular diet with out cutting or counting calories you will blow up. If you have a standard serving for breakfast and then your lunch and dinner and a snack you might have already gone over your caloric intake. You have to count out everything if you add this to your diet or you will blow up.

I wouldn’t want it to taste water down, and sometimes I will add a touch of oatmeal Creamer, but I personally have been also having Is much less sugar in general so they probably design their tastes with people like me in mind.
