  1. Shakeolgy is what I use occasionally and
Orgain. I know shakeolgy isn’t but I don’t need as many vitamin or supplements when I’m on shakeolgy so it helps me good for you though

  2. I mix one scoop of Premium Body Nutrition Whey Protein Powder in Vanilla, with 1 scoop of GoNutro’s GoKetoTM Collagen Protein Powder with MCT in Vanilla Flavour. Shake up in 300ml of Alpro No Sugars Almond Milk or No Sugars Oat Milk, a little sprinkling of chia seeds and half a teaspoon of matcha powder. Makes a weird, green, gloopy mixture of awesomeness that fills me up for hours and tastes really nice. It costs about £15 for a kilogram of the PBN and roughly £30 for a 315g tub of the GoNutro Keto Collagen powder. I think that works out at about £35 a month for just the two powders (the PBN lasts 3 months, the GoNutro lasts 1 month), so altogether not a bad price point really when the GoNutro also contains prebiotics, MCT oil and other stuff that is also in the Shakeology. If I have one every day that’s just over £1 a day for what will constitute most of my lunch (not including the almond milk and optional chia seeds & matcha.

  3. There’s not even that much protein in Shakeology. You would need to supplement it with protein powder.

  4. OK I have two questions what was the one that you stated could replace it shakeology? And also I am starving all the time what shit do you recommend to be the most filling and hold you over thank you very much

  5. Also why does the Arbonne have so much Saw it’s like 480 g of salt which is horrible

  6. I was looking into Orgain a long time ago cuz Shakeology is tripping 😂on their price. This video really helped. My family, my aunts and grandmother are big into bone broth I’M NOT but maybe a powder can tolerate. Thanks for video.

  7. I absolutely love Arbonne products. It tastes great plus you can make other foods with the protein powder. Arbonne offers recipes. I have made chocolate peanut butter bars and they were amazing.
